Returns

Garage Doors will be delivered using our own transport. The product must be inspected for damage immediately and a signature will then be required from the purchaser or an adult with their permission. No claims regarding damage will be accepted thereafter.

Spare parts will be sent via Royal mail or courier. Any damage or fault must be reported within 24 hours. We will then arrange to collect the item for inspection, all original packaging and paperwork must be included. A refund or replacement will be arranged following inspection on condition that the product is found to be faulty or damaged.

To return goods we must be informed in writing within 7 days of delivery via email, fax or letter.
Items that you wish to return that are not damaged or faulty must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including packaging. The original paperwork must also be included.
Refunds will not include original delivery charge.
If the delivery was subject to FREE delivery then the cost of the original delivery will be deducted from the refund.
Customers will be liable for the cost of any collections.

Bespoke items- made to order-cannot be returned.
